On your birthday via Subway Rewards loyalty app
Register or update your details with the new Subway Rewards app to get one free cookie (normally 99p) around the time of your birthday. You can redeem the offer by scanning the code in your app next time you order in store or via the app.
If you spend over £150 in a calendar year ('Hot Shot' level), you'll be offered a 'free' cookie (normally 99p) or bag of crisps (normally £1.06). If you spend over £350 in a year ('The Boss' level), you'll be offered a 'free' 6" sub sandwich (normally £5-£6 depending on type) for your birthday.
What else does the loyalty card get me?
You can collect 10, 11, or 12 points per £1 spent, depending on rewards level. When you've 150 points, you can exchange them for £1 'Subway Cash' to spend on anything from the menu.
Important: If you don't use your card for six months, you'll lose all accrued points and have to start again from zero.
Subway kids eat 'free'
When an adult buys a Footlong Sub
If you're visiting a Subway (find your nearest), you can get a kids' meal for free (normally from £3.39) when purchasing any Footlong Sub sandwich during October half term. The offer is valid all day from Friday 25 October until store closing time on Friday 31 October.
This offer is only available in selected stores and Subway told us you can find a list of participating stores here.
There's no voucher needed, this will be automatically applied when ordering a full price Footlong Sub and a kids' pack meal in the same transaction. This can be purchased to eat in or takeaway, but cannot be used via 'click n collect' or third-party-providers (such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat).
The kids' meal includes a four-inch sub, snack and drink.

Subway 50% off footlong sandwiches
When you order via the new Subway Rewards app
If you're looking for a sandwich deal that isn't sub-par, lettuce inspire you... Visit a Subway (find your nearest) and you can get 50% off a footlong Sub sandwich when using the new Subway Rewards app (free on Android or Apple).
This offer is valid all day from now until store closing time on Sunday 30 June, and you can claim the offer once per week.A footlong Sub usually costs from £6.09, though this varies depending on what type of sandwich you order and the location. Subway told us this offer applies to any footlong Sub, though extras aren't included.
How to get it
Download and sign up (or log in) to the Subway app – you should see the 50% off promo on the homepage and in the 'Deals' section, but if not, wait 15 minutes or so and log back into the app as it may not appear instantly. Then...
If redeeming on orders in-store:

Select 'Scan in Restaurant' on the app homepage and select 'Redeem' on the 50% off deal

Scan the QR code at the till point before ordering your footlong Sub
If redeeming on orders for collection:

Select your local restaurant (you can see participating pick-up locations within the app) and then add the offer to your basket along with a footlong Sub

The 50% off should be applied automatically before you proceed to payment (see below right image)

If multiple footlongs are added to your order, the discount will only apply to one of them. You can't use this alongside any other offers.
