NHS and emergency services staff can get 20% off their food bill at Frankie & Benny's (find your nearest) when dining in. Simply purchase one main meal per adult dining from the main, vegan, or gluten-free menus, and show a valid ID card (including SPRA and PCF card).

One ID card can be used for up to a group of four people, and the offer's available every day of the week. There are some excluded dates, locations and menu items – see 'More info' below.

The offer excludes any other promotion or set menu including the Lunch, Evening, Kids and seasonal set menus. You can't use it on bank holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve.

The offer isn't valid at Frankie & Benny’s restaurants in airport locations, or on event days at the following restaurants: Wembley Designer Outlet, Cardiff St David’s, Greenwich O2, Burleigh House, Sheffield Meadowhall, Oxford, Manchester Printworks and Sheffield.

Register with Frankie & Benny's Rewards to get a free meal (normally about £11-£18) when two or more main meals are purchased from the main, vegan, or gluten-free menu. It excludes the Ultimate mixed grill. The cheapest main will be free.

A voucher will be emailed to you and will be valid for 30 days from the date of the email.

It's valid at almost all Frankie & Benny’s restaurants, apart from Burleigh House (The Strand), Praed Street and airport locations, but isn't valid with any other offer or discount – check 'More info' for more details. See full T&Cs.

You can only use this offer for one person per table, so if you're celebrating more than one birthday you'll need to sit at different tables. You can't use this offer if you order from the Lunch, Event, Kids, Kids gluten-free or any other set menu.

You can't use your voucher on 'Celebration days', such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or Bank holidays.

When you purchase an adult main meal

If you dine in at a Frankie & Benny's restaurant (find your nearest) during October half term, two kids can eat for free with every paying adult (when you purchase a main meal).

No voucher is needed to claim – Frankie & Benny's told us you'll just need to let staff know at the point of ordering that you'd like to redeem this offer. The dates this deal runs differ depending on your location:

Scotland: Monday 13 October to Monday 27 October
England, Wales and Northern Ireland: Monday 27 October to Friday 31 October

Frankie & Benny's told us a kids' meal would usually cost up to £8.30, but this can differ depending on your location. You can get one kids' meal for each adult meal purchased, and this valid for up to six guests in total per table (including kids).

The adult mains must come from the main or gluten-free menus, while a kids' meal counts as any dish from the kids' menu. It's not valid on the breakfast, set menu or event menus.

This offer can't be used alongside any other deal and it's not valid at Frankie & Benny’s airport locations or London Covent Garden and Paddington restaurants.

Claim a code online at Frankie & Benny's and you can get a totally FREE portion of loaded potato skins (normally £7.95) when dining in. There's no spend required, so you can just claim the loaded potato skins if that's all you want. Let staff know about your code when ordering, and again at payment.

You can claim a code until Friday 5 September, and you can redeem your freebie between Monday 1 September and Sunday 7 September. There are 30,000 available – it's doing this to celebrate Frankie & Benny's 30th birthday.

As this deal runs on a first-come, first-served basis, it's best to grab a code quickly and claim sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.

This is only valid on the 'Loaded Legend Skins' (crispy potato skins piled with BBQ beef brisket, fried red onions, roasted red peppers, and a drizzle of cheese sauce). It's limited to one code per person, and any additional upgrades or toppings are charged separately.
