Diners at Frankie & Benny's (find your nearest) can get a main menu burger or pizza for just £5 until Thursday 29 January. You just need to say ‘£5 favourites’ when ordering and dining in.

The offer is available from midday each day (excludes airport locations and The O2).

It's important to note that some items, including the Calizza, certain calzones, and the Steakhouse and Doublestack burgers require a supplementary cost of £2.49. See full T&Cs.

With valid ID card and the purchase of a main meal per adult

NHS and emergency services staff can get 20% off their food bill at Frankie & Benny's (find your nearest) when dining in. Simply purchase one main meal per adult dining from the main, vegan, or gluten-free menus, and show a valid ID card (including SPRA and PCF card).

One ID card can be used for up to a group of four people, and the offer's available every day of the week. There are some excluded dates, locations and menu items – see 'More info' below.

The offer excludes any other promotion or set menu including the Lunch, Evening, Kids and seasonal set menus. You can't use it on bank holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve.

Register with Frankie & Benny's Rewards to get a free meal (normally about £11-£18) when two or more main meals are purchased from the main, vegan, or gluten-free menu. It excludes the Ultimate mixed grill. The cheapest main will be free.

A voucher will be emailed to you and will be valid for 30 days from the date of the email.

You can only use this offer for one person per table, so if you're celebrating more than one birthday you'll need to sit at different tables. You can't use this offer if you order from the Lunch, Event, Kids, Kids gluten-free or any other set menu.

You can't use your voucher on 'Celebration days', such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or Bank holidays.

Two diners can get a two-course meal plus drinks for £22 at selected Frankie & Benny's restaurants. The deal is available until Monday 12 January and is redeemable until Tuesday 31 March at 46 selected Frankie & Benny's restaurants – see full list of participating venues.

The Groupon deal includes two mains from the main menu, plus either two starters or two desserts, and a drink each. Based on current menu prices, this would usually cost about £25 to £30 per person, depending on drink choice. For two people, that’s a total value of up to about £60.

The offer is not valid on 13 and 14 February, and a £2.50 supplementary charge per person is applied on Saturdays. See full T&Cs.

When you purchase an adult main meal

If you dine in at a Frankie & Benny's restaurant (find your nearest) during October half term, two kids can eat for free with every paying adult (when you purchase a main meal).

No voucher is needed to claim – Frankie & Benny's told us you'll just need to let staff know at the point of ordering that you'd like to redeem this offer. The dates this deal runs differ depending on your location:

Scotland: Monday 13 October to Monday 27 October
England, Wales and Northern Ireland: Monday 27 October to Friday 31 October

Frankie & Benny's told us a kids' meal would usually cost up to £8.30, but this can differ depending on your location. You can get one kids' meal for each adult meal purchased, and this valid for up to six guests in total per table (including kids).

The adult mains must come from the main or gluten-free menus, while a kids' meal counts as any dish from the kids' menu. It's not valid on the breakfast, set menu or event menus.

This offer can't be used alongside any other deal and it's not valid at Frankie & Benny’s airport locations or London Covent Garden and Paddington restaurants.
