New & refurbished vacuum cleaners, heaters & fans

Dyson products are rarely the cheapest, but if you're going to buy Dyson anyway it's worth checking the Dyson eBay outlet* for a bargain. As well as brand new items, it also sells refurbished and ex-display vacuums, heaters and fans at reduced prices.

Max discount we spotted: 41%
Min discount we spotted: 4%
Average discount based on 10 random items: 35%

Of course, you should still compare prices elsewhere to ensure you're getting the best possible deal.

Dyson 'up to £200 off' selected vacuums, hair appliances & more*

Eg, £360 Airwrap (next cheapest £379), though some items a bit cheaper elsewhere

Update: 6.21am, Friday 28 November: Some items that were previously on offer are now back to full-price, such as the Airwrap i.d. multi-styler & dryer with diffuser. There's around 16 items still on sale, the majority are either price-matched or cheaper elsewhere.

Dyson* started its Black Friday sale on Wednesday 29 October with 'up to £200 off' selected items including vacuums, hair appliances, fans and more. It's on until Monday 1 December (Cyber Monday), though some deals may end sooner.

On face value, this deal is slightly better than last year when it was 'up to £150 off' selected items, though from what we've seen so far, some items are marginally cheaper elsewhere, so always compare prices.

Dyson has bought back its 'Black Friday price promise', where it says if you find the same Dyson product at another 'eligible' UK retailer within 35 days of purchase, it will refund the difference.

Here are some examples of deals and duds we found on Friday 28 November:

Price-matched elsewhere:

Cheaper elsewhere:

One of the cheapest ways to get Dyson products is to buy refurbished. Keep an eye on the Dyson eBay Outlet*, as last year eBay offered a 35% off code on selected Dyson refurbs closer to Black Friday (28 November).

Important: Don’t allow yourself to be taken in by the hype around Black Friday and be sucked into buying something you don’t need or can’t afford. Always do your own price comparisons to ensure you are getting the best deal possible – don’t just take a retailer’s word for it.

eBay 20% off refurbished Dyson products code*

Includes vacuums, purifiers, hair straighteners and more

eBay is offering 20% off refurbished Dyson products* such as vacuums, purifiers, hair dryers and straighteners when you use the code DYSONMAR20 at the checkout by Thursday 27 March. The maximum discount you can get is £120.

According to eBay, all items are inspected, cleaned and refurbished by the manufacturer itself or a manufacturer-approved seller. Delivery is free and refurbished items come with a one-year guarantee. You're also able to return items within 30 days.

Stock will be limited and popular items are likely to sell out fast. Items are sold directly from Dyson, but don't assume it'll always be cheapest even with the code, and compare elsewhere before buying.

There's a little-known piece of legislation that turns any credit card into a financial self-defence superhero. 'Section 75' of the Consumer Credit Act means your plastic must protect anything you buy for more than £100 for free, so if there's a problem or the company goes bust, you can still get your money back.
And although Section 75 doesn't apply to debit cards, there is something else to fall back on if you've paid using a debit card, or used a credit card for a purchase under £100. Known as Chargeback, this is part of banks' and card companies' internal rules and not a legal requirement. Read full details of Section 75 or Chargeback, plus how to claim, in our guides.
What the * means above
If a link has an * by it, that means it is an affiliated link and therefore it helps MoneySavingExpert stay free to use, as it is tracked to us. If you go through it, it can sometimes result in a payment or benefit to the site. It's worth noting this means the third party used may be named on any credit agreements.
You shouldn’t notice any difference and the link will never negatively impact the product. Plus the editorial line (the things we write) is NEVER impacted by these links. We aim to look at all available products. If it isn't possible to get an affiliate link for the top deal, it is still included in exactly the same way, just with a non-paying link.
