Vodafone's Voxi mobile network is now charging an up to £2 a day roaming fee that kicked in last week (23 June). New and existing customers will now need to purchase a European roaming pass to make calls, send texts and use data in 49 European countries and destinations. Here are all the details.

O2 and Virgin Mobile, now known as 'Virgin Media O2' since merging, have pledged to continue offering free mobile roaming in Europe. It means holidaying Brits can use their data, calls and texts as they would in the UK. It comes as other major providers announce plans to reintroduce roaming fees later this year.
