MoneySavingExpert.com's founder Martin Lewis is to move from Editor-in-Chief to Executive Chairman on 22 September and a new Editor-in-Chief and Managing Director will be appointed.

A claims handling company that cold called people under the name 'Money Claiming Experts' has lost a High Court battle for infringing the “Money Saving Expert" trademark.
