Mobile phone firm Ovivo has gone into liquidation following its sudden closure in March, which left many users out of pocket. But customers may not get their money back.
Millions of EE pay-monthly mobile customers will be hit by a 2.7% price rise from 28 May – but if you're one of them, there's little you can do to leave your contract penalty-free.
EE says it's now fixed a problem which left many customers unable to use their mobiles last night and early this morning. But we're still hearing reports people are unable to make phone calls, send texts or use the internet.
Mobile provider Three is making calls to 0800, 0808 and 0500 numbers free, while it's also cutting the cost of dialling all other 08 numbers. But customers will have to take out a new contract to take advantage.
Over four million TalkTalk home phone, broadband and TV customers will be hit with price hikes from 1 May. But customers unhappy about the rise can leave their contract penalty-free.
Facebook and Tumblr users who mistakenly signed up to a paid-for subscription service believing they were finding out who had viewed their profile could be due refunds after the regulator fined the firm responsible £45,000.
