Mobile firm Three is adding to its list of countries you can use your phone in without paying roaming charges from 15 June. But you'll still face a limit on the amount of your UK data allowance you can use abroad and fees for exceeding that limit – despite the much-touted 'ban' on EU roaming charges coming in next month.

About 15,000 UK customers who pre-ordered the new Samsung Galaxy Note 7 have been urged to return the phones immediately after a fire risk was identified with them. While the Royal Mail won't collect recalled faulty phones for safety reasons, some network providers will send couriers to pick up the devices and most will accept returns in store.

Apple aficionados who pre-ordered a new iPhone 7 for today's launch from EE, O2, Three and Vodafone have been left fuming after being told they'll have to wait to get their hands on it - in some cases, for at least six weeks . However, you may be able to cancel your order and claim a refund if it's late.
