University leavers from England and Wales who started university in or after 2012 will pay around £110 a year more than they would've done from April as the Government has announced a plan to freeze the student loan repayment threshold - the earnings level at which loans begin to be repaid.

Coronavirus testing for fully vaccinated travellers arriving in the UK will be axed next month, it's been announced. In addition, those who aren't fully vaccinated will no longer be required to take a day eight test or self-isolate on arrival to the UK. The new rules will come in from 4am on Friday 11 February.

Tesco Bank's new 'Clubcard Pay+' prepaid debit card is now available to all 20 million Clubcard holders. You can double your Clubcard points for three months after taking the card out and it offers features to help you budget, but it can't be used in the same way as a full current account.

Millions of Virgin Media customers will see their bills increase in March, with broadband, TV and home phone customers seeing average price hikes of £56 a year. Virgin Mobile prices will also rise in April. But while you can cancel penalty-free, we've learnt Virgin Media is offering automatic discounts to those calling up for a better deal, while MoneySavers have told us haggling has led to even bigger price cuts.

Tens of thousands of Three mobile users are set to lose a perk that allows them to roam at no extra cost in 71 countries. MoneySavingExpert.com can reveal that the mobile operator is 'forcing' certain customers to sign up to new plans, which means they'll lose their 'free' roaming benefit. It's a U-turn from Three, which had said it would keep inclusive roaming for those on older contracts.
