Hundreds of thousands of prepaid card users – including customers of Pockit, Anna Money and FairFX – will be able to begin using their cards again after the financial regulator lifted restrictions on the payment processing firm Wirecard.

A scam online cryptocurrency trading company which falsely claimed it was endorsed by MoneySavingExpert.com founder Martin Lewis, and others, has been wound up – but only after it lost almost £1.5 million of its victims' funds.

Substantial numbers of bounce back loan applicants suffer delays, rejections and credit checks, a MoneySavingExpert.com survey of more than 5,000 small business applicants has found. While lenders such as Lloyds and RBS performed well with most people rating them great, far more HSBC and Tide applicants rated their experience as poor.

Payday loan provider Sunny has collapsed into administration and will no longer be offering new loans. 

People who've overpaid tax and been told they're due refunds have been unable to claim them online due to ongoing technical problems with HM Revenue & Customs' repayment system, MoneySavingExpert.com can reveal.
