Amazon has halved the number of points you can collect on its Platinum Mastercard for non-Amazon purchases – you'll now get just 0.5 points for every £2 spent at other retailers.

If you want to ensure you can vote in the upcoming European election, you'll need to make sure you're registered to vote by 11.59pm on Tuesday 7 May – but if you're an EU citizen and want to vote in the UK, you'll need to act ASAP as there's an extra form to post.
