The Gym Group is offering totally FREE three-day passes at all 250+ of its gyms (find your nearest). You'll need to claim this by Friday 19 December (though you don't need to use it by then).

A three-day pass would normally cost from £15.99, but this differs depending on location. You can use this pass all day on your chosen days, from gym opening time until closing. You'll be able to participate in group exercise classes too with the free three-day pass.

Here's how to get it:

Select your chosen gym that you'd like to claim the pass at and click ‘day passes’ under ‘our memberships’
Select ‘3-day pass’ and choose the day you’d like the pass to begin. You must use this for three consecutive days (you can't use it sporadically) so make sure to diarise and find time when you can commit to three days in a row.
Add the code TRIAL and redeem your pass
Once you've claimed this online, an entry pin code will be sent via email and text message, which you'll need to enter and exit the gym

The discount amount will vary depending on the length or type of membership you take up. When we checked on Monday 18 August, you could get:

A day pass would normally cost from £7.99, but this differs depending on location. You can use the free pass all day on your chosen day, from gym opening time until closing. You'll be able to participate in group exercise classes too with the free day pass.

Here's how to get it:

Select your chosen gym that you'd like to claim the pass at and click ‘day passes’ under ‘our memberships’ (see the image below)
Select ‘1 day pass’ and choose the day you’d like to visit between 13-19 May only. You can book and use your day pass on the same day if you want, there's no need to give notice
Add promo code: FREE and redeem your free day pass
Once you've claimed this online, an entry pin code will be sent via email and text message to you which you'll need to enter and exit the gym

And although Section 75 doesn't apply to debit cards, there is something else to fall back on if you've paid using a debit card, or used a credit card for a purchase under £100.
