Students aged 16 years or older can get a 30-day free trial of Strava Premium, then 50% off an annual membership. This makes it £27.49 for a year (normally £54.99).

To get the deal:

The student plan can only be purchased with a free Strava account first on the Strava website. This cannot be purchased via the Strava app.
You'll need to verify your student status online. Once this has completed, you'll be taken to a checkout page to pay for one full year.

In order to keep your student plan after the initial year, you’ll need to re-verify your student status at least 24 hours before your subscription renews. You will be notified in advance of your subscription renewal that re-verification is required.

There is no monthly renewal option – this deal is only for annual memberships.

What's the difference between Strava Premium and the free version? You can get a totally free version of Strava, but it's a lot more basic in comparison to its Premium version, so it depends on how you'll use it. For instance, Strava Premium offers you routes and maps, has a record of your best ever times, uses artificial intelligence for predicted times and analyses your workouts to name a few features. The free version offers basics such as distance, time, pace, and elevation gain.
