Interrail 20% off passes – for travel on most European trains & some ferries*

Includes the Global Pass from £143 (valid in 32 countries) and One-Country Passes from £34

Until 11.59pm on Thursday 3 July, Interrail* is offering 20% off all its Global Passes (valid in 32 countries) and selected One-Country Passes.

It's only valid for travel on or after Monday 1 September 2025, and you've got 11 months from the date you purchase your pass to start using it. However, if you're planning to travel after November 2025, you may be better waiting to buy a pass as for the last few years, Interrail has offered a stronger 25% off passes for Black Friday – though we can't guarantee it'll do it again.

No code is needed as the 20% discount has already been applied. Delivery's £14 for a paper pass, or you can get a mobile pass for free. If ordering a paper pass, you'll need to confirm your start date of travel when you buy it.

Global Pass

This gives you unlimited travel on national railways and some ferry lines within 32 European countries (excludes the UK other than to exit/enter) over a certain period of time.

These passes aren't cheap, so this 20% off makes a decent saving. For example, a solo traveller aged 27 or under can get a seven-day pass for £192 (normally £240), or if aged 28-59 it's £259 (normally £324). A family Global Pass for two adults and two children valid for seven days is £518 (normally £648) – children up to the age of 11 travel free.

Free protection for all shopping!

There's a little-known piece of legislation that turns any credit card into a financial self-defence superhero. 'Section 75' of the Consumer Credit Act means your plastic must protect anything you buy for more than £100 for free, so if there's a problem or the company goes bust, you can still get your money back.
And although Section 75 doesn't apply to debit cards, there is something else to fall back on if you've paid using a debit card, or used a credit card for a purchase under £100. Known as Chargeback, this is part of banks' and card companies' internal rules and not a legal requirement. Read full details of Section 75 or Chargeback, plus how to claim, in our guides.
What the * means above
If a link has an * by it, that means it is an affiliated link and therefore it helps MoneySavingExpert stay free to use, as it is tracked to us. If you go through it, it can sometimes result in a payment or benefit to the site. It's worth noting this means the third party used may be named on any credit agreements.
You shouldn’t notice any difference and the link will never negatively impact the product. Plus the editorial line (the things we write) is NEVER impacted by these links. We aim to look at all available products. If it isn't possible to get an affiliate link for the top deal, it is still included in exactly the same way, just with a non-paying link.
