If you sign up at Asos, ensure you’re ‘opted in’ for email communication and you may be emailed a 10-25% off discount code for your birthday. The discount amount and length seem to be personalised, so 25% off is not a guarantee for everyone and validity periods will vary.

Asos said it sends the discount code 16 days before your birthday.

You'll only be able to use it on selected full-price items, with a maximum order of £500 after the discount.

Ways to save include:

Up to 70% off bargains. Check the Asos Outlet for reductions on women's fashion* and men's fashion*.
Free delivery. Delivery's £3, but if you spend £20 or more, it's free. Asos often has items for £3 or less in its outlet and accessories categories, so if you've got between £17 and £20 in your basket, it's worth checking if there's an item you can add to bring your total to £20 and get free delivery.
Unlimited next-day delivery for £9.95 a year. It's always more MoneySaving to go for standard delivery, but if you're going to choose next-day delivery or nominated-day delivery more than once a year (both normally £5.95 a time), you'd save money with an Asos Premier Delivery*. This membership costs £9.95 and automatically renews every year - if you want to cancel, you'll need to do it in the last 28 days of your 12-month membership.

Online fashion retailer Asos* has dropped its Black Friday sale down 'up to 25% off' 1000s of styles, with it previously being 'up to 70% off' almost everything on Black Friday. However, it seems the change in messaging, lots of products, including those below, remain the same price they were on Black Friday. In fact, we spotted higher discounts than on Black Friday itself.

Additionally, you can stack this with the code CYBER25 for a mystery discount.

The Asos sale can be a great way to get a discount on a branded item you can't find cheaper elsewhere.

Standard delivery is £4.50, or free when you spend over £40.

Asos is likely to feature a week of discounts prior to its Black Friday sale, but we reckon the best deals will be saved for the Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend. It often has short-lived stackable discounts (last year we saw an extra 25% off code), so it's worth keeping an eye out for these. The Asos sale can be a great way to get a discount on a branded item you can't find cheaper elsewhere.
