Many may be surprised that I’ve written a column for Viz. Well, you’re not as surprised as I am. I only discovered it after having read a couple of messages about it from fellow journos.
So I duly went out to the shop and shelled out my hard-earned money for the Christmas special, to see what it was all about.
And here is the “Martin Lewis” column, from page 13. (I’ll forgive the breach of trade mark, just this once.) I thought you might get a laugh out of it.

What’s quite interesting is someone at Viz is obviously a MoneySaver. Whoever wrote it (yes – shock horror – it wasn’t really me) actually has a pretty decent grasp on personal finance issues.
In next month’s edition, I shall be writing a joint piece with Finbarr Saunders on how to increase the size of your endowment.
