The All Party Parliamentary Group on Financial Education launches today and MSE and pfeg are the key backers. I’ve been doing interviews and press meetings all morning; now over 140MPs have pledged to join, hoorah! Yet while the rest of the site covers the hardcore news, here’s a quick blog on the morning’s funniest moment.
Having come from Daybreak, I was joined by MSE’s PR consultant Murray to go to the Academy school in Pimlico to do a talk to kids about debt (see Teen cash class) and have a photocall. When we got there we met Marina, the head of marketing for pfeg.
I couldn’t help taking a photo of the two of them together – they assure me no co-ordinating was done!
